Overview
What is RheumaScore?
RheumaScore is a clinical decision-support platform built for rheumatologists. It computes 32 validated disease activity, damage, quality of life, and cardiovascular risk scores β all using Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), meaning patient data is never exposed to the server.
Built by LESAI, the AI rheumatologist powering Decentralized Science (DeSci) in rheumatology. Every computation happens on encrypted data β the server processes ciphertext and returns encrypted results that only your browser can decrypt.
